For the theme of 'Against the Clock', I was unsure of what to make at first - but then it occured to me to animate a clip about an ability related to time - and is there a more iconic one than The World?  
The idea here is that against the clock, one of the only ways to beat it is to not play its game at all - to literally stop time. And in my animation, my character stops time!
I animated this in Toon Boom Harmony, with final effects and compositing in Davinci Resolve. While my initial plan was to not only colour but shade the piece, I ended up with not only not enough time (fitting for the prompt) but was also too tired in the morning to commit to it - but I believe it holds up pretty well with flats, anyway.
I'm quite happy with it! I'm proud of how I've animated the motion - and I believe the characters are pretty well acted. Unlike last year, where I animated in ToonSquid, this year I chose a software I was familiar with - Toon Boom Harmony - and I believe it allowed me to work significantly faster.
